Can we negotiate on the price?
Absolutely. If I have any "wiggle room" on my prices, I will be glad to work with you. I do not have the usual retail markup on my items, so there will be times when I will not be able to accomodate your request.

Can I Return an Item?
Absolutely. If I misrepresent any item, contact me upon receipt and I will happily arrange a return.

What size do I need?
Formal gowns run smaller than "street clothes". Measure carefully and check the size chart included in each item description. Most gowns will need to be altered and alterations can easily be done.

How do I arrange a private showing?
If you live in Southeast Texas, just let me know which items you would like to see and we can arrange a mutually convenient time and place for your private shopping experience.

Why don't you have the dress I want in a different size?
I shop for the best of new and gently worn items. I don't provide the same gown in any other size because most ladies want one of a kind items. If you want to see yourself coming and going, this is not the place to be.

I don't know what category to look at - help!!!!
If you are interested in a gown for the prom or to compete in a pageant, check the prom and pageantry department first. These gowns are excellent choices for young ladies looking for that "something special" for the big day. If you are the kind of girl who loves an "over the top" or vintage look with lots of sequins and shine, check out the Destination Diva department. If you don't have attitude, don't look here.

I wanted an item, but received an e-mail saying it was no longer available. I put it in my cart, why can't I buy it?
Inventory is not automatically updated at eCrater. Each item that has sold must manually be deleted by the store owner. For instance, if you purchase an item at 2:00 a.m. and someone else purchased the item at 12:30 a.m., the other person has first option to buy. Most of my items are one of a kind items, so there is only one in inventory. If the original buyer chooses not to complete the transaction, the item will be offered to you next.
